The workbook uses a macro to calculate the count of cells with the template cell background color, and based on it, counts how many shifts will be absolved during one month for an employee. Each month also prints how many weekdays or state holidays occurred during this month. Conditional formatting is applied too, so it is easily recognized, which employee should take a few days off, and which employee should rather be forced to work within the month listed more.
